In the Annai Yoga center, what is taught by shobana is Therapeutic yoga. One is taught to be aware of the Mind-body relationship and given stress busters to lead a stress-free life. Meditation and Pranayama are also taught as part of Yoga to get emotional freedom. One is also taught Chakra balancing and chakra breathing to help one lead a helathy life. Sobana's Annai Yoga center focuses on health and not on disease whereby one will learn the techniques to regain health and not to fight the disease.
