Yoga - Yoga and Pranayama

Yoga and Pranayama is taught by Ms. Shobana, who assists Naran in all his healings. Shobana has learnt yoga from Mr.Ashok Kumar of Indian school of yoga ten years ago and a trained yoga master; teaching yoga for the last five years.
Shobana is a Reiki master/teacher and Bach flower therapist.

In the Annai Yoga center, what is taught by shobana is Therapeutic yoga.

One is taught to be aware of the Mind-body relationship and given stress busters to lead a stress-free life.

Meditation and Pranayama are also taught as part of Yoga to get emotional freedom.

One is also taught Chakra balancing and chakra breathing to help one lead a helathy life.

Sobana's Annai Yoga center focuses on health and not on disease whereby one will learn the techniques to regain health and not to fight the disease.
